Meets income targets, deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Determine the needs of prospects and respond promptly to residents’ concerns while being pleasant, cheerful and tactful.
Records all telephone queries and in person visits on the relevant software/database.
Regularly inspects all inventory and communicates all related service needs to Property Managers to ensure that the property is inacceptable condition for viewings.
Ensures property is ready for Resident to move in on agreed date.
Immediately follow up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close again. If unable to help prospect, refer to other team members to meet the client’s needs.
Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs.
Analyses associated concerns with properties which are slow to lease and offers recommendations to the management.
Educates new tenants on legal and administrative compliance during tenancy period and follows up with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations.
Maintains open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
Prepares and assists with all mandatory leasing paper works i.e., applications, lease agreements and, employment and credit checks and leasing move-in packs for tenant move in as well as for company’s records.
Complete a follow up, thank you notes and/or return calls to prospects.
Maintain current tenant files.
Develop an understanding of the market, trends, prices and update on property laws and regulations.
Attend to trainings as instructed by the company.
Adheres to the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
Carry out other related duties as assigned from time to time.
