Role: Asteco Property Management’s involvement in the Sama Tower commenced in 2004 with feasibility study on the project (which was initially intended to be over 80 stories high).
Pre – Operational Management Service
Whilst our appointment as Property Managers was only concluded in 2009 based on an open market RFP subsequent to the initial feasibility study Asteco were involved in a number of meetings with the project team in regards operational property management issues for the proposed property including service charge modelling, equipment and finishes specifications as well as defining the ultimate property management model released as part of the tender by Hills.
In November 2009, approximately 6 months prior to the handover of the first unit to a tenant Asteco mobilised the team. The team comprised of a Building Manager, Facility Manager and office Administrator.
Prior to the commencement of the onsite operations the Asteco were involved in the following key tasks: -
Marketing activities were also running in parallel to these property management tasks, co-ordinated for the Client through the single point of contact defined by Asteco for the property.
The area along Dubai E11 is known as The Sheikh Zayed Road. It runs parallel to the coastline from Trade Centre Roundabout to the border with the emirate of Abu Dhabi near Jebel Ali. Along Sheikh Zayed Road UAE is home to most of Dubai's skyscrapers, including the Emirates Towers and the Burj Khalifa. Sheikh Zayed Road also connects other new developments such as the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Media City, Dubai Marina and Dubai Waterfront.
