Asteco were appointed by the Developer to manage the Handover Process of the Development from the Contractors to the Individual Owners. Andrew represents a typical example of an international Investor whom purchased property in Dubai leading up to the global recession.

Asteco Property Management – IPM were introduced to the Client and were able to facilitate the entire property Snagging and Handover Process. Upon completion of the Handover Process which included re-evaluation of the snag rectification works, transfer and set up of Utility accounts, Payment of Service Charges and collection of Keys and Owners manuals, Asteco Property Management secured the ongoing Property Management instruction with the Client.

We have maintained very high level of occupancy and rental income for the Client while managing all aspects of the property for the Client whom is located in the United Kingdom, including:

  • Handover Services from developers and contractors
  • Utility set up and transfer
  • Payment of Landlord utility costs
  • Leasing and Lease renewals
  • Rent collection
  • Maintenance management
  • Service charge payments

Palm Jumeirah

The renowned Palm Jumeirah is one of the most luxurious addresses in the world and the highly sought-after Island has become a symbol of Dubai's incredible innovation, luxury and ambition. The man-made island stretches into the Arabian Gulf in the shape of a palm tree and consists of a trunk, a crown with 16 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that forms an 11 kilometre long breakwater. The Palm is widely considered the world’s largest artificial island.

The island features beachfront properties, including 4000 waterfront apartments and villas, restaurants and hotels, beaches, marinas, and a variety of retail outlets. The most well-known feature being the five star aqua themed hotel Atlantis. The island is also extremely popular for its restaurants, recreation facilities, and vibrant nightlife such as Nasimi Beach, N’Dulge club, and more. The residential areas are located on the trunk and fronds of the island while hotels are located on the breakwater that surrounds The Palm. Residents of The Palm enjoy a convenient upmarket lifestyle, with excellent security features, retail outlets and medical centres a short drive away.

The island can be accessed by car or via a monorail that carries commuters and visitors from the mainland to the Atlantis. Monorail tickets cost AED 15 one way or AED 25 for a round trip.
