Required Documents:
• Valid trade license
• Memorandum of association
• Passport copies
• Emirates ID (EID) of the authorized signatory
• Power of Attorney (POA)
• Brand profile
• AECB (Credit score)
• Bank statements for the last 6 months
• Annual rent proposal (not below the starting rental rate, sealed in an envelope)
• Security deposit cheque (10% of the proposal rate, also in a sealed envelope).
Submission Deadline:
• All documents must be submitted by Friday 4th October 2024.
Payment Terms:
• Tenants can make up to 3 instalments.
Document Handover:
Tenants should deliver all required documents and security deposit cheques to the ASTECO Management office in Al Raha Beach area.
